Elon Musk Shares Photo of SpaceX’s First Starship

The recent news suggest that SpaceX’s Starship is much closer to its final stages now . Yesterday, CEO Elon Musk shared a photo of the rocket  ina tweet, and it appears to be like something straight out of a science-fiction film. Elon Musk also made public more information on the rocket in a follow-up tweet:

This is for suborbital VTOL [vertical take-off and landing] tests. Orbital version is taller, has thicker skins (won’t wrinkle) & a smoothly curving nose section.”

VTOL (suborbital) tests might be accomplished as soon as February, according to SpaceX.

After completion of VTOL tests , SpaceX has several other plans for Starship.

For space travel, SpaceX will use the rocket for manned missions to the Moon in 2023 and ultimately to Mars in 2024. This will also transform the transportation system here on Earth and ultimately helping moving people from one part of the Earth to any other in less than an hour.

But for now it seems like the suborbital variant is just about ready to go for tests and with this the future of SpaceX looks promising.
