Here's What Neil deGrasse Tyson Thinks About The Future Of Space Travel

When asked for his opinions on the future of travel and transportation, Neil deGrasse Tyson looked a bit down on the matter. Neil deGrasse Tyson said "I remain skeptical on the near-term future of space travel," While there are economic causes to go to the Moon, Mars, and asteroids, there isn't much of a strategy in place to venture past those targets. For the meantime, on Earth, Tyson thinks Elon Musk's notion for the Hyperloop is "cool." At the same time, however, he's "skeptical on getting it to work successfully and efficiently." 1. It appears that NdGT only says what the powers-that-be tell him to say. There is plenty of evidence that we already have hypersonic travel capabilities (Mach 9?) with possible anti-gravitational technology as well with the TR-3B right now. I have to remember that NdGT states that only unintelligent anti-science dummies think GMOs are bad.

Also, why isn´t he excited about Nassim Haramein´s work on unified physics? Many of the most difficult problems of the Standard Theory have been solved, like quantum gravity and the source of the strong force. Mind blowing stuff that should be the main topic every time Tyson opens his mouth!
