Here’s What an Atomic Bomb Exploding in Space Looks Like

We all are familiar with the infamous atomic blast, the mushroom cloud. But when atomic bomb explodes in space there aren’t any mushroom clouds. You might ask how we know that well we know because we tested it. Right after the space age began, America was afraid that Soviet Union might someday drop a bomb from a satellite or from something like that so they started to study how to handle this kind of situation and the United States blew up its own nuclear bombs to collect data on what the outcome would look like. Here is an awesome documentary about hydrogen bomb and nuclear tests in space.
